Can I overcoat my bike with spray paint, as my previous coat went wrong?

Question by Black Diamond: Can I overcoat my bike with spray paint, as my previous coat went wrong?
I painted my bicycle black but ran out of paint and I didn’t use any primer… Could I forget about taking the paint off the metal and just use a grey primer and then coats of black paint. Or do I need to remove all the black paint?

well duh u can just overcoat the paint with another color. of course u can
